Marietta Memorial Hospital is pleased to offer Ready, Set, Run, a free informal running seminar for all skill levels. This informational seminar will be held on September 24^th, 6:00-8:30 p.m. in the South Pavilion Conference Room at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

 

Dr. Darlene Snider, D.O., among many other specialists in the field, will provide presentations on the various facets of running including core strengthening, common injuries, stretching, nutrition and much more. These experts will not only provide professional advice, but personal recommendations as avid runners and sports enthusiasts themselves.
