Marietta Memorial Hospital volunteers are having their bi-annual Used Book Sale on October 2, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the hospital’s second floor classroom and walkway. They are accepting donations of paperback and hardback books, videotapes, musical cassettes, computer, video and box games and puzzles.

 

Donations may be dropped off on Level G in the hospital's parking garage where a volunteer is stationed, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to assist in unloading the boxes of donations. Donated items will be accepted throughout sale day. Proceeds of the sale will be donated to programs within Marietta Memorial Hospital that benefit the community.
