Marietta Memorial Hospital Employee Named Liaison of the Year from Lifeline of Ohio
Sue McDonald, registered nurse at Marietta Memorial Hospital, recently received an award from Lifeline of Ohio as the Liaison of the Year. This award recognizes the
dedication and innovation of a hospital liaison in promoting the importance of organ and tissue donation.
McDonald was recently honored in Columbus, Ohio by Lifeline of Ohio for her role in saving lives through organ and tissue donation. Each award was introduced by a local individual whose life has been touched by donation. Among the presenters were donor family members, organ and tissue transplant recipients and a transplant candidate.
