Description of Services
Diabetes Education - Individual counseling and group classes for diabetics and families. By physician referral only, staffed by nurse and certified dietician educators.

Additional Information
The Diabetes Education Center offers educational programs for a variety of diabetes patients - from those recently diagnosed to those dealing with long-term diabetes management.

MMH's Diabetes Education Center is accredited by the American Diabetes Association. The ADA acknowledges that the center's high-quality self-management education program is an essential component of effective diabetes treatment.
