Meet Kem Dye
Breast Health Care Navigator

As soon as you receive a breast cancer diagnosis, you’ll find yourself in that one in eight statistic. You may be
overwhelmed with medical advice, pamphlets, web sites, breaking news about breast cancer research and
personal stories of success and failure. Somehow you must wade through all this information and make some important decisions about your health and health care. Rest assured, we are here to help.
Our Breast Health Care Navigator program is designed to assist women who have been recently diagnosed, are already living with breast cancer or have had a recurrence of the disease. The program helps women cope with the anxiety of being diagnosed with cancer, provides information and resources, decreases barriers to services and seeks to expedite access to care.
Kem Dye, BSN, RN, OCN, CBCN, breast health care navigator is a consistent point of contact for questions, emotional support and referrals.
