Marietta Memorial Hospital’s Wellness Center is dedicated to meeting the health and fitness needs of our employees, physicians, volunteers and members through a variety of programs in a friendly environment.
 
Welcome to the Wellness Center
The new Wellness Center is located on level G directly above the Emergency Department in the South Pavilion at Marietta Memorial Hospital. The Wellness Center offers the latest fitness-friendly equipment including treadmills, ellipticals and free weights; as well as fitness classes and individual training programs. For your convenience, a shower area and lockers are available across the hall.
 
The Wellness Center is available to all Marietta Memorial Hospital and Selby General Hospital employees as well as 55 PLUS members:
 
55 PLUS
A benefit to you as a member of the 55 PLUS Program is a low annual membership fee to the Wellness Center, allowing you to achieve and maintain your good health. The Wellness Center is staffed with certified, trained, MMH professionals who can help familiarize you with the latest exercise equipment and provide you with advice.
 
Staying healthy is important to you and meeting your fitness goals is a major component in your active lifestyle. We’re here to help you achieve this and much more!
 
The Wellness Center is open to 55 PLUS members during the following hours:
 
Monday - Friday - 6 - 10 a.m. and 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday - 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday - 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
 
In order to take advantage of the Wellness Center you must be a member of the 55 PLUS Program. For more information on how to become a member of 55 PLUS, please call (740) 374-1634. To sign up for a Wellness Center orientation, which is mandatory for any new member using the facility, please call the Wellness Center at (740) 568-5380.
