Make pre-admission assessment part of your childbirth preparation. After you enter your sixth month of pregnancy, you'll want to meet with the labor and delivery nurses from our Birthing Center. Here, we focus on you and your needs.
Our nurses share information about the third trimester of pregnancy as well as issues surrounding delivery, hospital stay, home nursing services, anesthetic services, childbirth classes and many options available to you. They will discuss any questions, concerns or needs you have regarding your upcoming birth experience.

Ext. 1448. Meetings usually last 30 to 60 minutes and include a tour of the Center. They are conducted from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays by Marietta Memorial Hospital OB staff.
